Wholesale Terms & Conditions
We make it easy for you to buy wholesale wood signs that will enhance the look and feel of your merchandise displays and help increase sales. To begin, read over these easy ordering requirements, fill out the application, and you will hear back within 1 business day.
Where to sell
We currently accept brick-and-mortar businesses, vendor booths, and online websites, and social sellers. We do not allow reselling on third-party online marketplaces, including Etsy, Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Faire.
How to order
Approved wholesale accounts may log in and browse our entire website. All items that are available at wholesale prices will be shown a pricing chart on the product page. Add to your cart, and you will be able to checkout with discounted prices.
Minimums
Most products require a minimum wholesale quantity of 2 per item (same design and size and frame stain color). Our current order minimum is $0. We have a minimum of $50+ for free shipping.
Payment
Ordering through our website requires full upfront payment through a credit or debit card in order to qualify for free shipping over $50. If you need payment terms, please contact us or buy through Faire marketplace using our direct link: faire.com/direct/hangouthome
Production
Small orders under $300 will be processed in our normal production time of 3-5 business days. Orders between $300-$2000 will take 1-2 weeks. For orders larger than that, please contact us for an estimated turnaround time. At checkout, upgraded production & shipping may show available but is not guaranteed for wholesale customers. We may cancel the upgrade if we cannot accommodate it (this option is mainly for consumer customers, not wholesale).
Shipping
We offer free shipping in the continental US for all orders over $50.00. International shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship using both UPS Ground and USPS Ground. If you cannot accept shipments using one of those carriers, please contact us immediately after you place your order. Large orders over $1000 may need to be shipped by freight, in which we will contact you to arrange. Enter your correct shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may require an additional reshipment fee or rerouting fee. Tracking information will be automatically sent to you once your order is shipped. Please be patient as tracking information on Economy ground shipments are often not updated as frequently.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We will try our best to accommodate cancellations that are requested quickly after the order is placed. But please note, that all of our products are made to order and if we have already started production on your order, we will not be able to cancel it.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for first time orders only, up to $150. We do not accept returns on anything customized or any holiday or seasonal items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate the return.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Please inspect packages as soon as you receive it. We are able to accommodate exchanges for damaged/incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a return label and send you replacements in a timely manner.
Brand Integrity
We are proud to be a women-owned business where we handcraft our products here in the USA with sustainable materials. Our brand reflects our dedication to delivering exceptional products and fostering strong partnerships with retailers. Sharing our story and commitment to quality helps build trust with customers and strengthens the reputation of both our brand and your business. All of our products are stamped or labeled with our brand and website. Resellers of Hangout Home products are not allowed to remove, cover up, change our branding or claim our work as their own. Violations will result in a permanent ban.
Handcrafted Disclaimer
Our frames are constructed in a rustic farmhouse style that may have slight handcrafted imperfections that make them unique. Some of the frame styles have exposed nail heads, rough finishes, and distressed staining which are part of the farmhouse character and charm. Due to natural wood variations, finished stained wood color can vary. Some pieces may come with typical wood characteristics such as knots, streaks, and rough spots. Different wood species may be used for our wood frames, but our frames will always be made from solid American sourced wood. Please allow a +/- 1" size difference for final frame dimensions.
Discounts
No other discount codes can be applied to wholesale orders. Promo codes applied at checkout should be automatically overridden by the 50% wholesale discount. We reserve the right to remove discounts or cancel orders that have been erroneously discounted.
Photos & Content
You are allowed to use any of our basic product photos that have just the product and a white background. Do not use any photos that contain other props, styled decor, other products, or people in the shot (these are often sourced from our other retailers who have given permission to only us to reuse). You can use our descriptions to help you sell our products. We reserve the right to revoke permission on a case by case basis due to misuse or misrepresentation.
Exclusivity
We are not able to offer exclusivity for retailer territories and categories. Due to our extensive offering of designs, we can assure retailers that it's unlikely that nearby retailers will order the same selection of art from us. We do offer custom design services if you would like to work with us to create an exclusive offering for your own store.
Dropship
We currently do not offer drop shipping, but plan to in the future. Please contact us if you would like to be notified of any developments in this program.
Faire Marketplace
We have partnered with Faire marketplace as another channel to sell our wholesale items. Faire is a third party wholesale marketplace for approved resellers. The prices are the same whether you order directly through us on this website or through Faire marketplace (with the exception of any Faire promotions). Please make sure you are ordering through our direct link: faire.com/direct/hangouthome or notify us that you would like to order through Faire (we are sometimes able to add additional Faire discounts if you use the direct link or notify us beforehand). If you apply and are approved to buy through Faire, you may take advantage of Faire's services to order our products. They offer Net 30 terms and free shipping for Insiders (additional fee and higher minimums may apply). Please note that their terms and conditions, turnaround times, shipping time, fees, etc. differ than our own terms and conditions that are listed on this page.
Changes to Terms
We are a small business and our success depends on our ability to react quickly to market conditions. We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions as needed without notice. We will notify you if you have an order in process that may be affected by any change.
