Return Policy

We allow returns within 30 days of receiving the product for first time orders only. We also limit the number of returns to one item. If you are interested in multiple items, we recommend ordering one first to confirm you are happy with the quality and style before ordering multiple. Item must be in original condition (no hanging hardware can be installed or holes put into the frame, otherwise the return will be refused). We do not allow returns of any customized items with your personalized text or images. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the product back in original condition, we will issue a full refund within 3 days of receipt. Please reach out to us to start the return process.
