- International shipping is available and will be calculated during checkout. Please allow 3-5 weeks for international. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes that your country imposes, so please find information from your country about possible import fees.
Return Policy
We allow returns (with some exclusions*) within 30 days of receiving the product for first time orders only. We also limit the number of returns to one item. If you are interested in multiple items, we recommend ordering one first to confirm you are happy with the quality and style before ordering multiple. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions: We do not allow returns of any customized items with your personalized text or images. We also do not allow returns for seasonal/holiday items. Item must be in original condition (no hanging hardware can be installed or holes put into the frame, otherwise the return will be refused).

- Due to natural wood variations, finished stained wood color can vary. Some pieces may come with typical wood characteristics such as knots, streaks, and rough spots. Our farmhouse style frames have rustic imperfections that make them unique. Please allow a +/- 1" size difference for final frame dimensions

- Some designs, especially paintings & photographs are enlargements of smaller originals. We digitize and enhance images to minimize pixel graininess, but some blurriness and loss of fine detail may still occur.
