We allow returns within 30 days of receiving the product for first time orders only. We also limit the number of returns to one item. Item must be in original condition (no hanging hardware can be installed or holes put into the frame, otherwise the return will be refused). We do not allow returns of any customized items with your personalized text or images. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
