• We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah via USPS First Class or UPS Ground 2-7 days. You can upgrade to faster shipping during checkout.
• International shipping is available and will be calculated during checkout. Please allow 3-5 weeks for international. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes that your country imposes, so please find information from your country about possible import fees.

We allow returns (with some exclusions*) within 30 days of receiving the product for first time orders only. We also limit the number of returns to one item. If you are interested in multiple items, we recommend ordering one first to confirm you are happy with the quality and style before ordering multiple. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions: We do not allow returns of any customized items with your personalized text or images. We also do not allow returns for seasonal/holiday items. Item must be in original condition (no hanging hardware can be installed or holes put into the frame, otherwise the return will be refused).

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to report it and we will be happy to help you out with an exchange. We do not offer refunds for damaged products, only exchanges.

• Due to natural wood variations, finished stained wood color can vary. Some pieces may come with typical wood characteristics such as knots, streaks, and rough spots. Our farmhouse style frames have rustic imperfections that make them unique. Please allow a +/- 1" size difference for final frame dimensions
• Due to differences in monitors, the actual print colors may slightly vary from the colors you see on your digital monitor.
• Some designs, especially paintings & photographs are enlargements of smaller originals. We digitize and enhance images to minimize pixel graininess, but some blurriness and loss of fine detail may still occur. Reproductions of any vintage art pieces may include imperfections and damage that were scanned from the original piece.
• Keep all signs away from reach of children and pets at all times. Please install safely and securely on the wall. Additional wall hardware may be required depending on size, weight, wall type, etc.
