We allow returns (with some exclusions*) within 30 days of receiving the product for first time orders only. We also limit the number of returns to one item. Exclusions: We do not allow returns of any customized items with your personalized text or images. We also do not allow returns for seasonal/holiday items. Item must be in original condition (no hanging hardware can be installed or holes put into the frame, otherwise the return will be refused).

We digitize and enhance images to minimize pixel graininess, but some blurriness and loss of fine detail may still occur.
